Because clarity, confidence and lasting change are difficult to access when your system is in survival mode.
My coaching blends nervous system regulation, therapeutic sound, mindfulness and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) to create steady, sustainable shifts, not quick fixes.
This is not about pushing harder. It’s about building capacity first.
